You know the term, "everything but the kitchen sink?"  Well, that's where the name of this recipe comes from!  This recipe can be tweaked to use whatever vegetables you've got available or want to throw over some fire.  The seasonings mesh well with pretty much anything and leave the food deliciously versatile to pair with many a main dish.  This is a staple during grill season with my family and a great way to deliciously get half a plate (or more!) of veggies in at any meal.  The leftovers are great, too, which is always a plus!

Kitchen Sink Grilled Veggies

Prep time: 10 minutes   Cook time: 30 minutes   Total time: 40 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Directions

Ingredients

  1. Prepare all veggies as directed in the ingredients list.
  2. Toss all veggies together with each other, and then drizzle the olive oil over them and mix thoroughly.
  3. Once they are all coated in the olive oil, sprinkle all seasonings evenly over the veggies and mix once more to evenly distribute.
  4. Place the veggies on a metal grilling sheet and put on the grill over a medium flame.  Toss and mix them around about every 5 minutes, and leave over the heat for 30 minutes, or until they're reached your desired softness.  Remove from the grill and serve with your other favorite grilled recipes!
