Prep time: 3 minutes

Yield:  1 serving



  1. Add chopped broccoli stem, blueberries, and water to your Nutribullet & blend together to liquid form.

  2. Add scoops of protein powders and flax seeds, blend again until all is combined as a thick liquid.

  3. Enjoy!
