Vital Proteins sent me a butt load of products last week.  After I stopped weeping with joy and giving my Grammy-winner speech about it, I dug into the boxes to find that I'd gotten a tub of their brand new Vanilla & Coconut Water Whey Protein!!! 

The three exclamation points are allowed: that's how tasty this stuff is.  I'll gush more about the actual product in my full review of Vital Proteins' products, but for now just know that you want to get some for yourself.  And when you do, make this recipe.  And drink it.  And go lift some heavy shit.  And be awesome.  That's what this recipe is.

Whey Vanilla Iced Latte

Prep time: 2 minutes   Cook time: NONE!  Total time: 2 minutes

Yield: 1 latte



  1. Add all ingredients (except ice) to a Nutribullet or other blender of choice and blend until smooth.  You can actually also add the ice to the blender, too, and the drink will end up more like a smoothie.  Both methods are delicious!





12 oz cold brew coffee

2 scoops Vital Proteins Vanilla & Coconut Water Whey Protein

1 cup almond milk, or other milk of choice

Pinch of sea salt

A few ice cubes
