This recipe is SO simple, giving a shot of nutrition with a kick of flavor. The name even gives you all the more reason to make them for summer barbecues and Fourth of July poolside munchies!

- Preheat oven to 275ºF.
- Melt beef tallow either in the microwave or over the stove until it's completely liquid. Meanwhile, mix together walnuts with all of the spices.
- Pour melted tallow over the walnuts and mix in thoroughly, making sure the walnuts are covered evenly with spices and tallow.
- Bake on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the cookie sheet and enjoying. These are a great snack for parties or just everyday life!
