I'll admit, I was a little hesitant to go balls-to-the-wall with this green powder. It's super potent and the first time I tried it, I mixed it with some hot full-fat coconut milk and was overwhelmed by the flavor. But the slight sweetness in kombucha is perfect for dulling the earthy tones of these Collagen Beauty Greens and you end up with a huge probiotic whammy with the mixture of these greens and 'booch in one!

Yield: 16 ounces (1-2 servings)
- Either pour out 16oz of unflavored kombucha from your homemade batch, or open a 16-oz bottle of unflavored kombucha by your favorite brand (I like GT's Kombucha).
- Mix in 1 Tbsp Collagen Beauty Greens and allow to combine well before consuming!
*PRO TIP: If you want the flavor to mingle a little better, add the Beauty Greens to the kombucha and allow to sit in a cool, dark place for 1-3 days. The collagen will be better incorporated to the kombucha for a more uniform flavor.
